Who is Vajrakilaya?

Vajrakilaya is the yidam deity who embodies the enlightened activity of all the buddhas and whose practice is famous for being the most powerful for removing obstacles, destroying the forces hostile to compassion and purifying the spiritual pollution so prevalent in this age.

We will be practising a sadhana of Vajrakilaya called

Yang Nying Pudri

‘The Razor of the Innermost Essence’, a terma revelation of Terton Sogyal, Lerab Lingpa said to be revealed specifically for this time.

How can we join?

Everyone is welcome to participate in this event at their level. Although a Vajrakilaya  empowerment is required to do the actual sadhana practice, you can still take full advantage of the inspiring atmosphere to do your own personal practice of Vajrasattva, the peaceful aspect of Vajrakilaya,  Guru Yoga or meditation. For those who received the empowerment newly from Khenchen Pema Sherab last year there will be some explanation and guidance. And you can attend for all three days, one or two days or just drop in for one session.

Dedicating your offering

It is important to know that you can dedicate your offering in the name of a family member, a loved one or for a particular cause. All the names offered in your dedication will be included in the practice intensive. Please send all dedications to [email protected].

Practical Information

Please bring your own practice books of Yang Nying Pudri and Tendrel Nyesel. Practice books for the longer sadhana of Yang Nying Pudri will be available. Inspirational video snips will be shown during particular sessions to help explain the practice.
