We invite you to a join us for a morning session of meditation practice. If you’re new to meditation, you can learn the most essential methods and start practising it in your daily life.
For those who are already familiar with meditation, this is a great opportunity to stabilise your practice. Everyone will have the option to discuss their meditation practice individually with an instructor over a cup of tea or coffee.
We will review and deepen our understanding of meditation through watching inspiring video teachings, guided meditation practice, reflective activities and discussion.
