Coronavirus update: From 15th March 2020 we have suspended in person gatherings at our Branches and Groups. We are looking to deliver our courses online wherever possible and will keep you updated here.
Did you know that this beautiful space (right in the heart of Central London) is available for anyone to come and practise meditation? Experienced meditators or beginners are both welcome!
Every Tuesday evening, from 7.00pm until 8.30pm we hold a meditation drop in session.
Those who have been taught meditation and have an established practice can join in straightaway.
Anyone with no previous experience will be offered basic meditation instruction with the opportunity to ask questions.
There is no need to book – donations are welcome.
