Rigpa UK 3 day retreat featuring Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche
Sunday 25th-Tuesday 27th May 2025, 10.30-5pm

Our compassionate intention, the attitude of mind that we bring to whatever we do, and how we dedicate the fruits of our activity are called The Threefold Excellences: ‘Good in the Beginning’, ‘Good in the Middle’, ‘Good at the End’. This will be our focus for this retreat.
Furthermore, we are delighted that on Monday 26th, we will be joined for a keynote teaching on The Threefold Excellences by Her Eminence Mindrolling Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche. She will teach on this spiritual framework, which the great master Longchenpa described as “The heart, the eye, and the life-force of true practice.”

Finding Confidence in the Buddha Within
Her Eminence Mindrolling Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche
Tuesday 27th May 2025 evening public talk, 7-9pm, Rigpa London
In person only, London Centre

Buddha is more than just a historical figure or a symbol of peace and serenity. Buddha is the fundamentally pure nature of our mind, temporarily hidden within the turbulence of distraction and restless thoughts. The Buddha’s teachings reveal how all of us possesses a beautiful mind, by nature expansive and radiant, full of capacity for wisdom and compassion. Finding confidence in the Buddha within means coming to know, trust and rely upon our inherent goodness. In our fast-paced age of uncertainty and confusion, there is no greater source of strength and refuge.

How to fulfil our heartfelt wishes: A teaching by Mipham Rinpoche
with Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche
Sat 28 & Sun 29 June 2025, 10am-5pm

All humans have the potential to pursue both temporary and ultimate goals.
However, most people become distracted by temporary results that provide only limited, short term benefits, while few actually focus on accomplishing ultimate benefit and lasting happiness.
For this reason, the great master Mipham Rinpoche composed this short text, which illuminates exactly what needs to be cultivated and what needs to be discarded to successfully pursue both our temporary and ultimate aims.

Finding Refuge in Uncertain Times
with Ringu Tulku Rinpoche
Monday 7th July 2025, 7-9pm
In person only, London Centre

When we feel anxious, vulnerable or uncertain, we look for security and comfort and we take refuge in something. We seek safety and reliability in relationships, pleasurable activities or even the stock market! The places or things in which we normally take refuge, often prove to be unsatisfactory and ultimately never last.
Taking refuge in the Three Jewels, the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, will not let us down.
In this evening talk, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will explain what it means to take refuge in the Three Jewels, and how through relying on these, we can find a more profound purpose and safer direction for our lives.
