5. Governance: Rigpa UK and other Rigpa entities worldwide
5.1. Rigpa UK is an independent charity registered in England and Wales with the Charity Commission.
The Trustees are responsible for the operation and governance of Rigpa UK.
The Trustees have been clear that Rigpa UK is legally and operationally distinct from all other Rigpa entities worldwide. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustees of Rigpa UK, have no control over, and are not responsible for, the decisions of any other Rigpa entity.
5.2 The Trustees of Rigpa UK will co-operate with other Rigpa entities in order to ensure that any victims of historical abuse get the support that they require.
