Over several decades, the centre has been blessed by eminent Tibetan Buddhist masters, helping to create a peaceful and authentic atmosphere that many visitors experience as calming, inspiring and restorative.

Our Spaces
Our ground-floor venue includes the Main Shrine Room, Small Shrine Room, Reception and Café. The spaces are closely connected, allowing different areas to support the main event, refreshments, registration or breakout activities
Main Shrine Room
The Main Shrine Room is Rigpa London Centre’s largest and most versatile space, offering approximately 105.5 m² for talks, workshops, retreats, meditation and wellbeing sessions, presentations and group activities. Different layouts can be arranged according to the needs of each event.

- Size: 105.5 m² (approx. 10.2 m × 10.3 m)
- Capacity: Up to 76 people in the illustrated seated layout
- Included: 50 chairs, 50 meditation mats, AV/PA system, 2 handheld microphones and 1 headset microphone
- Flexible layouts available depending on the event
Final capacity depends on the chosen layout, equipment and event requirements.
Example Layout – Seated Event
The room can be configured in different ways depending on the event. The illustrated seated meditation/event plan accommodates 76 people in the Main Shrine Room and 20 people in the Small Shrine Room (96 people across the two rooms in this specific configuration), while maintaining the circulation shown in the render.
Flexible Layouts
Depending on the nature of the event, different configurations may be possible. Examples can include meditation-style arrangements, seated talks, , workshops and other group formats. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable set-up and capacity for your event.
Final capacity should be confirmed for each booking according to the chosen layout, equipment and access requirements.
Small Shrine Room
The Small Shrine Room is a more intimate space of approximately 36.1 m². It can complement the Main Shrine Room or be considered for smaller meetings, meditation sessions, workshops, breakout activities and quieter group use.
Key information: 36.1 m² (approximately 7.5 m × 5.2 m). Example seated meditation/event layout: up to 20 people in the Small Shrine Room. Final capacity depends on the selected set-up and event requirements.
Reception Area
The Reception Area provides approximately 30.3 m² of additional space close to the main rooms. It can support guest arrival, registration, informal gathering, refreshments or circulation during an event, subject to the requirements of the booking.
Key information: 30.3 m² (approximately 5.1 m × 6.2 m).
Café
The Café offers approximately 20 m² and can provide a useful supporting area for refreshments and catering arrangements. Together with the Reception Area, it can help create a separate social or break space alongside activities taking place in the shrine rooms.
Key information: 20 m² (approximately 3.9 m × 4.5 m). Catering arrangements should be agreed as part of the booking.
