This journey on the Buddhist path of altruism and compassion will takes us step-by-step on an inquisitive journey of the heart, and a reflective exploration of the mind.

• Orienting ourselves to the love we have within;
• Growing our capacity for kindness & compassion through various meditation practices;
• Learning to integrate the benefits of these practices into our everyday lives, by recalling them in every moment, wherever we are.
