Vajrasattva practice

Open to Ngöndro and Dzogchen mandala students

All Rigpa countries are holding a 24 hour Vajrasattva practice across the globe, starting in Lerab Ling on Friday the 9th Feb 5.30pm (French time). The UK has offered two hours, Lewes & Southampton will do an hour on the 9thFeb 7.30-8.30pm (UK time) and here in London we will do the last hour 3.30pm to 4.30pm (UK time).

We will do the practice together and will show a couple of brief video teachings on Vajrasattva. Bear in mind it’s not a guided practice so you do need to be familiar with it already. You can join us at our national centre in London via live streaming. Please email [email protected] if you wish to do so.

We will have an hour break before joining the Dakini Day tsok practice in Lerab Ling.
