Introducing yourself to your own pure nature –teachings by Her Eminence Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche
We begin the practice of Ngondrö with Refuge, to develop trust, and then with the practice of Bodhicitta we develop our compassion. In Vajrasattva practice we combine the magnanimous attitude of Bodhicitta with purity of perception, the skillful approach of Vajrayana.
This course offers us an exciting and rare opportunity to study – and to put into practice – the wonderful teaching on Vajrasattva given by Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche at the London centre in May 2017. Based around Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche’s teaching, this course begins with exploring our relationship with relative and absolute truth and then deepens our understanding of why and how we practise Vajrasattva.
Each evening session will comprise watching a section of the teaching together with ample time for study, discussion and guided Vajrasattva practice. The practice element will be based on Vajrasattva practice from the Longchen Nyingtik Ngondro (but if you don’t have this text, please bring your Dudjom Tersar Ngondro text).
The course is open to All Ngondro and Dzogchen Mandala students (who are asked to bring their own Ngondro practice books).
The evenings will be live streamed via Zoom by a senior instructor, Corinne Ewen.
