Meditation: Path of Peace and Insight
This 5-session course takes you on a journey to discover for yourself first-hand, the practice of meditation, as taught in the Buddhist tradition. Filled with clear and simple advice on how to practise, and how to develop mindfulness and awareness both ‘on the cushion’ (or chair) and in daily life, this course will support you in your own personal journey of discovering, establishing and deepening the practice of meditation.
Led by meditation instructors with many years of experience the course will draw on advice from the Buddhist teachings as well as insights and findings from recent scientific research. Each session consists of meditation practice, reflection and discussion and includes a comprehensive workbook to support your practice at home.
