We hold a variety of courses that cover meditation and compassion for beginners.
We also run courses for people who would like to learn more about the Buddha’s teachings, and have a vibrant community of members who meet regularly.
Meditation is the way to bring us back to ourselves, where we can really experience and taste our full being, beyond all habitual patterns.
Whether you are new to meditation, or a seasoned practioner, we offer a variety of ways to explore and deepen your understanding.
We hold regular drop-in meditation sessions which are free to attend.
