National Teaching Weekend on The Four Seals

The Four Seals:

Getting to the Heart of the Buddha’s teachings

The Four Seals are simple but profound statements of the Buddha that are regarded as the core of Buddhist philosophy. They reveal the progressive logic of the Buddhist view, from understanding suffering to enlightenment.

In this weekend retreat, we will take time to challenge the way we habitually see ourselves and the world through study, reflection and meditation. We will follow a very experiential, practical approach that is applicable to our daily life and might even contain a healthy dose of humour.

Guided by Rigpa senior instructor Verena Pfeiffer, together with a team of experienced instructors, we will investigate the Four Seals for ourselves, not just as a philosophy, but relating to our own experience and practice.
