We teach meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition to people from all walks of life.
The approach of our meditation course is both open and authentic, so it is appropriate for those who don’t necessarily wish to think of themselves as Buddhist but wish to explore their inner development and bring benefit to others.
We also have courses for people who wish to study and practise the Buddha’s teachings in more depth, and perhaps follow them as a lifetime spiritual path.
We have been holding meditation courses in Birmingham since 1994 and are always happy to welcome newcomers.
Meditation is the way to bring us back to ourselves, where we can really experience and taste our full being, beyond all habitual patterns.
Whether you are new to meditation, or a seasoned practioner, we offer a variety of ways to explore and deepen your understanding.
We hold regular drop-in meditation sessions which are free to attend.
